Future mining projects will also have to be better integrated into the physical and human environment, that will require incorporating a transverse dimension related to human and social sciences to the traditional scientific and technical disciplines of the mining industry;

Improving the qualifications and skills of employees:
The initial training of young employees is not always tuned to the job and must therefore be completed by a more vocational training. In addition, jobs also evolve over time, which implies ongoing professional adaptation or even retraining. Experience shows that only well trained personnel can produce and manage innovation and are able to take on new responsibilities at the service of their company or institution.

To know more:

Géosciences & Geoengineering research department
35 rue Saint honoré, 77300 Fontainebleau
formation@geosciences.mines-paristech.fr
Tel : +33 1 64 69 48 94

You are an engineer seeking efficient continuing education programs to manage a rising career in the mining industry?
