{"id":13167,"date":"2016-09-18T11:46:05","date_gmt":"2016-09-18T09:46:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ife.taavikybar.com\/en\/?p=13167"},"modified":"2018-02-05T14:55:24","modified_gmt":"2018-02-05T12:55:24","slug":"why-are-delf-and-dalf-so-useful","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.ife.ee\/en\/why-are-delf-and-dalf-so-useful\/","title":{"rendered":"WHY ARE DELF AND DALF SO USEFUL?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>What are DELF and DALF ?<\/p>\n<p>DELF stands for Diploma in French studies (Dipl\u00f4me d&#8217;Etudes en Langue Fran\u00e7aise)<\/p>\n<p>DALF\u00a0stands for\u00a0Diploma in Advanced French (Dipl\u00f4me approfondi en Langue Fran\u00e7aise).<\/p>\n<p>They have in common to be :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the only\u00a0official certifications\u00a0of French-language abilities for non-native speakers<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0administered by\u00a0<span style=\"color: #008ac9;\"><a style=\"color: #008ac9;\" title=\"France\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/France\">France&#8217;s<\/a> <a class=\"mw-redirect\" style=\"color: #008ac9;\" title=\"Minister of National Education (France)\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Minister_of_National_Education_(France)\">Ministry of Education<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>covering all levels in French<\/li>\n<li>valid for life<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These diplomas provide the candidate with a quality French-level certification,\u00a0useful to carry out specific personal, academic or professional projects.<\/p>\n<p>The exams are open to non-native speakers,\u00a0without any set requirements as regards\u00a0the minimal\u00a0number of guided-learning hours.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates can take the exams in any country\u00a0with a French cultural representation, therefore in Estonia too.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates will take the exam of their choice.<\/p>\n<p>DELF and DALF tests are exactly the same worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>They are\u00a0composed of six independent diplomas corresponding to the <span style=\"color: #008ac9;\"><a style=\"color: #008ac9;\" title=\"Common European Framework of Reference for Languages\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Common_European_Framework_of_Reference_for_Languages\">Common European Framework of Reference for Languages<\/a>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Delf A1, Delf A2, Delf B1, Delf B2<br \/>\n \u2022 Dalf C1, Dalf C2<\/p>\n<p>DELF B2 graduates\u00a0need not\u00a0take the entrance language-examination to French universities.<\/p>\n<p>Click below\u00a0for a\u00a0detailed tests\u00a0description :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008ac9;\"><a style=\"color: #008ac9;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ciep.fr\/\">Centre international d\u2019\u00e9tudes p\u00e9dagogiques\u00a0<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(CIEP)<br \/>\n <span style=\"color: #008ac9;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/europass.cedefop.europa.eu\/en\/resources\/european-language-levels-cefr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European languages levels &#8211; self-assessment grid<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The French Institute is the DELF-<span style=\"color: #000000;\">DALF\u00a0official examination center in Estonia.
