Here you will find the program about the events in Estonia.<\/p>\n<p>Films, concerts, workshops, expositions, conferences, theater, youth literature and even techno- and disco music nights &#8211; all the events will be in the &#8220;French touch&#8221; style.<\/p>\n<p>From the 3rd till 25th March 2017 many events will take place to celebrate the cultural creativity and diversity of francophone countries.<\/p>\n<p>Every year The French Institute organizes &#8220;the French language Day&#8221; in one Estonian high school. This year it will take place\u00a0on the 11th of March in Gustav Adolf Grammar School. Come and practice your French in a friendly conversation \u00a0and cosy atmosphere, while sharing\u00a0a snack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cinema : 15 March at 8pm<\/strong>, \u00a0cinema-club in <strong>Tartu<\/strong>: screening of &#8220;Fatima&#8221;, a film directed by Philippe Faucon (2015). <br \/>\n The summary: \u00a0Fatima lives on her own with two daughters to support: 15-year old Souad, a teenager in revolt, and 18-year old Nesrine, who is starting medical school. Fatima speaks French poorly and is constantly frustrated by her daily interactions with her daughters. Her pride and joy, they are also a source of worry. To ensure the best possible future for them, she works hard as a maid. One day, she fell on the stairs. On leave, Fatima begins to write to her daughters in Arabic what she has never been able to express in French.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Afterwork : 16 March, 6-8pm.<\/strong>\u00a0 A special session of the regular French Afterwork, this time held at the French Institute.
