We hope to see you all on December 14 at 18h45 at Pudel for a real fest-noz with Breton folk dances, cider and crepes!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim of the French Institute&#8217;s new <em>ap\u00e9ro<\/em> tradition is to bring together francophones, to enjoy some good company, to have a glass of wine (or cider, like Bretons) and to speak in French!<\/p>\n<p>This time, our apertif is inspired by Brittany, a French region. We&#8217;ll meet at 18h45 at Pudel to be ready at 19h00 for some serious folk dancing, taught by real Bretons. In the 1970&#8217;s, Breton folk dances were rediscovered by the youth and became popular urban events.\u00a0 Today, around 1000 fest-nozes are organized each year.
