The French Institute of Estonia will assist you in the elaboration of the application form. Please contact our scientific and academic cooperation attach\u00e9 if you have any questions and to get the form : <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">theodore.hervieux@ife.ee<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Eligibility of applications<\/h3>\n<p>The support must imperatively concern events taking place in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Applications that have received ACCES or PARCECO funding in 2020 are not eligible.<\/p>\n<p>In order to be eligible, applications must include an oral or poster presentation by a young researcher: doctoral student, post-doctoral student or researcher who has defended his or her thesis for a maximum of 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Project evaluation criteria<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Scientific interest of the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Quality of the Estonian (ACCES) or French (PARCECO) participants for whom assistance is requested.<\/li>\n<li>Benefits for the French participants (ACCESS) or for the Estonian participants and the French community (PARCECO).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>Follow-up of projects<\/h3>\n<p>Publications produced as part of this project will have to mention the support provided by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the mission, the French project leader will have to provide MESRI with a summary of the communication as well as an assessment of the mission (contribution, perspectives). Mission expenses will be reimbursed upon presentation of receipts to Campus France.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Funding<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>For the ACCES program, the budget requested from MESRI cannot exceed 30% of the overall budget of the event.<\/li>\n<li>For the PARCECO program, the budget requested from MESRI cannot exceed 50% of the total budget for French researchers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Calendar<\/h3>\n<p>Applications must be submitted to the MESRI before 6pm on 31\/01\/2021.<br \/>\nThe results will be published in early March 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Information<\/h3>\n<p>Projects submitted to this call of proposals may be subject to review under the PPST (Protection of Scientific and Technical Potential and Economic Intelligence).
