scholarship program allows students from 26 European Union countries to obtain scholarships to study at the Master&#8217;s level in a French institution of higher education. <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-52508 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.ife.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/fee-eng.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"638\" height=\"732\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.ife.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/fee-eng.jpg 638w, https:\/\/dev.ife.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/fee-eng-261x300.jpg 261w, https:\/\/dev.ife.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/fee-eng-600x688.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 638px) 100vw, 638px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>PROGRAM OVERVIEW <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions of eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a national of one of the following 26 European Union member states: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Students of French nationality, including bi-nationals, are not eligible for the program<\/u>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be between 18 and 26 years old at the time of the beginning of your stay in France;<\/li>\n<li>Be admitted or currently applying to a French higher education institution in Master\u2019s 1 or Master\u2019s 2 for the 2022-2023 academic year;<\/li>\n<li>Not be the recipient of an Erasmus +, AUF or other French ministry scholarship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligible areas of study<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Culture &amp; Heritage&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Education, Pedagogy, Higher Education&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>French Language and Civilization, Foreign Languages and Civilizations and European Studies&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Health<\/li>\n<li>Environmental Sciences<\/li>\n<li>Computer Science and Digital<\/li>\n<li>Legal and political studies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration of the Grant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The scholarship is awarded for a period of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a maximum of 12 months when enrolling in M2<\/li>\n<li>a maximum of 24 months when enrolling in M1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits of obtaining a \u201c<\/strong><strong>France Excellence Europa\u201d scholarship<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment of a <strong>half-yearly allowance<\/strong> of \u20ac6,850<\/li>\n<li>Payment of an <strong>installation allowance<\/strong> of \u20ac1,700<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exemption from registration fees <\/strong>for national diplomas in universities and public institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education<\/li>\n<li><strong>Priority assistance in finding accommodation<\/strong><strong>s <\/strong>in CROUS university residences (rent to be paid by the scholarship holder)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enrollment in an insurance plan <\/strong>during the first three months of your stay in France (pending enrollment in the general social security system) for non-European Health Insurance Card holders<\/li>\n<li>Enrollment in <strong>supplemental health insurance <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Exemption from the CVEC <\/strong>&#8211; Contribution de Vie Etudiante et de Campus <a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Special discounts on cultural activities organized by Campus France.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;France Excellence Europa&#8221; scholarship does not cover course fees, nor the cost of international or national transportation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>HOW TO APPLY FOR THE \u201c<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>FRANCE EXCELLENCE EUROPA\u201d SCHOLARSHIP<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Documents in the application file<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;France Excellence Europa Scholarship&#8221; application form, duly completed and signed, available on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campusfrance.org\/en\/france-excellence-europa-scholarship-program\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Campus France website.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>CV (in French or English)<\/li>\n<li>Cover letter (in French or English)<\/li>\n<li>Copy of the most recent higher education diploma obtained<\/li>\n<li>Copies of transcripts from the last two years of higher education<\/li>\n<li>Letter of admission to a Master\u2019s 1 or Master\u2019s 2 program at a French institute of higher education for the year 2022-23*<\/li>\n<li>Copy of passport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Optional:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Copies of diplomas or certifications of level of French (DELF, DALF, TCF, TEF)<\/li>\n<li>Copies of diplomas or certifications of level of English (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS)<\/li>\n<li>Letters of recommendation (in French or English)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*If the applicant is not yet in possession of a letter of admission for the 2022-23 academic year at the time of application, they are invited to attach a sworn statement mentioning:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>the name of the institution and the title of the <\/em><em>anticipated program for 2022-23<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>a copy of the <\/em><em>communications with the institution attesting to the fact that the application for admission is being processed&nbsp;(copy of the application, acknowledgement of receipt from the institution<\/em><em>, etc. if posible)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The letter of admission must be sent as soon as possible, as soon as it is received by the candidate. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sending of the file<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Candidates must send their applications electronically to the French Embassy in their country of nationality.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For Estonia, the email adress is <a href=\"mailto:FEE.Estonie@campusfrance.org\">FEE.Estonie@campusfrance.org<\/a>.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The deadline for submitting applications is <strong>March 15, 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>SELECTION:<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;France Excellence Europa\u201d scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic excellence and is in line with the strategic priorities of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are pre-selected by the college relations teams at the French embassies. The applications are then evaluated within the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs by collaboration specialists from the eligible fields.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>CALENDAR&nbsp; <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-selection of candidates by French embassies: March 15-25, 2022<\/li>\n<li>Candidate selection committees: March 25 &#8211; April 15, 2022<\/li>\n<li>Publication of results: the week of April 18, 2022<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The main and the auxiliary lists of successful candidates will be published on the Campus France website.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> However, it will be necessary to create an account on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr\/envole\/\">messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr<\/a> and to log into <a
