Enrolment in the general social security system is free of charge. Both registrations are compulsory and guarantee effective social protection;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exemption from the CVEC<\/strong>&nbsp;(student life and campus contribution), which is worth \u20ac91.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Requirements to apply<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Be legally resident in Estonia.&nbsp;<\/strong>French citizens (including binationals) are not eligible.<\/li>\n<li>Hold a recognised higher education diploma enabling you to enroll in at a French higher education institution.<\/li>\n<li>Have an adequate level of French (dipl\u00f4me d\u2019\u00e9tudes en langue fran\u00e7aise, DELF),&nbsp;<strong>except in the case of training provided in English<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Be enrolled or in the process of being enrolled in a French institution eligible for the 2025\/2026 academic year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The call is open to students of all disciplines.<\/p>\n<p>The grant cannot be cumulated with a scholarship awarded by another French Ministry or an Erasmus + scholarship.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Documents required for the application file<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Each candidate must compile an application file, in French or English (depending on the language of the training chosen), containing the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a curriculum vitae;<\/li>\n<li>a letter of motivation;<\/li>\n<li>a copy of the highest university degree;<\/li>\n<li>a certificate of the training course currently followed;<\/li>\n<li>an attestation of pre-registration from the French higher education establishment, which can be provided after the application has been submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Calendar of the call<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Receipt of the applications until<strong> May 16<sup>th<\/sup> 2025 midnight (EET)<\/strong>&nbsp;at the following email address:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/dev.ife.ee\/en\/french-government-scholarships-2024\/gabriel.voisin-moncho@ife.ee\">gabriel.voisin-moncho@ife.ee<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A pre-selection of the best applications will be made after reception of all the applications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Individual interviews with the pre-selected candidates will start taking place on May 26<sup>th<\/sup> 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The application will only be definitively validated upon receipt of the certificate of registration or pre-registration in the French higher education institution.<\/p>\n<p>For any further information, please contact Gabriel Voisin-Moncho, Campus France Estonia representative:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:gabriel.voisin-moncho@ife.ee\">gabriel.voisin-moncho@ife.ee<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Scholarships allocated by the French Government correspond to&nbsp;a monthly allowance of \u20ac860&nbsp;paid directly to the scholarship holder.
