scholarship program allows students from 26 European Union countries to obtain scholarships to study at the Master&#8217;s level in a French institution of higher education.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>WHO CAN APPLY?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Conditions of eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In order to apply, you must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a national of one of the following 26 European Union member states: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain,\u00a0<strong>Estonia<\/strong>, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Students of French nationality, including bi-nationals, are not eligible for the program<\/u>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be at least 18 years old when the mobility period in France begins;<\/li>\n<li>Not being the holder of a French Higher education degree or not being currently registered in France for a Higher education degree,<\/li>\n<li>Being admitted to a French higher education institution in Master\u2019s 1 or Master\u2019s 2 for the 2024-2025 academic year,<\/li>\n<li>Not being the holder of a French Higher education degree or not being currently registered in France for a Higher education degree ;\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Not be the recipient of an Erasmus +, AUF or other French ministry scholarship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Eligible areas of study<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Culture &amp; Heritage\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Education, Pedagogy, Higher Education\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>French Language and Civilization, Foreign Languages and Civilizations and European Studies\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Health<\/li>\n<li>Environmental Sciences<\/li>\n<li>Computer Science and Digital<\/li>\n<li>Law and political sciences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>THE \u201cFRANCE EXCELLENCE EUROPA\u201d SCHOLARSHIP<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Benefits of obtaining a\u00a0<em>France Excellence Europa<\/em>\u00a0scholarship<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment of a\u00a0<strong>half-yearly allowance<\/strong>\u00a0of \u20ac6,850<\/li>\n<li>Payment of an\u00a0<strong>installation allowance<\/strong>\u00a0of \u20ac1,700<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exemption from registration fees\u00a0<\/strong>for national diplomas in universities and public institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education<\/li>\n<li><strong>Priority assistance in finding accommodations\u00a0<\/strong>in CROUS university residences (rent to be paid by the scholarship holder)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enrollment in an insurance plan\u00a0<\/strong>during the first three months of your stay in France (pending enrollment in the general social security system) for non-European Health Insurance Card holders<\/li>\n<li>Enrollment in\u00a0<strong>supplemental health insurance<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Exemption from the CVEC\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Contribution de Vie Etudiante et de Campus<\/li>\n<li>Special discounts on cultural activities organized by Campus France.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The \u201cFrance Excellence Europa\u201d scholarship does not cover course fees, nor the cost of international or national transportation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Duration of the Grant<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The scholarship is awarded for a period of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a maximum of 12 months when enrolling in M2<\/li>\n<li>a maximum of 24 months when enrolling in M1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>HOW TO APPLY FOR THE \u201cFRANCE EXCELLENCE EUROPA\u201d SCHOLARSHIP<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Documents in the application file<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cFrance Excellence Europa Scholarship\u201d application form, duly completed and signed: <a href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/Gabriel\/Downloads\/FEE%202025_formulaire_candidature.pdf\">FEE 2025_formulaire_candidature.pdf<\/a><\/li>\n<li>CV (in French or English)<\/li>\n<li>Cover letter (in French or English)<\/li>\n<li>Copy of the most recent higher education diploma obtained<\/li>\n<li>Copies of transcripts from the last two years of higher education<\/li>\n<li>Letter of admission to a Master\u2019s 1 or Master\u2019s 2 program at a French institute of higher education for the year 2025-26*<\/li>\n<li>Copy of passport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Optional:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Copies of diplomas or certifications of level of French (DELF, DALF, TCF, TEF)<\/li>\n<li>Copies of diplomas or certifications of level of English (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS)<\/li>\n<li>Letters of recommendation (in French or English)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*If the applicant is not yet in possession of a letter of admission for the 2025-26 academic year at the time of application, they are invited to attach a sworn statement mentioning:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>the name of the institution and the title of the anticipated program for 2025-26<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>a copy of the\u00a0communications with the institution attesting to the fact that the application for admission is being processed\u00a0(copy of the application, acknowledgement of receipt from the institution, etc. if posible)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The letter of admission must be sent as soon as possible, as soon as it is received by the candidate.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sending of the file<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Candidates must send their applications electronically to the French Embassy in Estonia at the following address:\u00a0<a href=\"gabriel.voisin-moncho@ife.ee\">gabriel.voisin-moncho@ife.ee<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The deadline for submitting applications is <strong>30 April, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>SELECTION:<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cFrance Excellence Europa\u201d scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic excellence and is in line with the strategic priorities of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are pre-selected by the college relations teams at the French embassies.
