In June, the Cin\u00e9-Club continues to celebrate Pride Month! This week, we’re not showing just one, but three films, with a special short film screening!<\/p>\n

L\u2019Attente by Alice Douard (2022) \u2013 29 min<\/strong>
\nC\u00e9line waits at the maternity ward for the arrival of her first child. It\u2019s Jeanne, her partner, who is going to give birth. During the night, in the hospital lobby, C\u00e9line meets men who, like her, are waiting.<\/p>\n

\nFrom tormented little mermaid to the blossoming woman she is today, GiGi recounts her journey of transition with humor and sensitivity.<\/p>\n

Paloma by Hugo Bardin (2021) \u2013 28 min<\/strong>
\nHaving just stolen the urn containing the ashes of her deceased lover, Paloma, a flamboyant drag queen, meets Mike, a quiet and melancholic truck driver. They share a road trip to Paris \u2014 one day and one night to break their loneliness.<\/p>\n

The screening will take place on Tuesday, June 17 at 6:30 PM, at the French Institute (Kuninga 4, 10146 Tallinn). All films are in French with English subtitles.<\/p>\n
