Interestingly enough, Carcassonne is located in the <span style=\"color: #008ac9;\"><a style=\"color: #008ac9;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.audetourisme.com\/en\/gastronomy\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aude region<\/a><\/span> that\u00a0hosts the highest number of Michelin-starred restaurants in the entire\u00a0France.<\/p>\n<p>In 2015, through this partnership, four young Estonians from the Tallinn Hotel School (<span style=\"color: #008ac9;\">Tallina Teeninduskool<\/span>) got a chance to participate in a 6-week training session in French restaurants in the Aude region.<\/p>\n<p>The lyc\u00e9e Charles Cros also takes part in the \u201c<span style=\"color: #008ac9;\">Arts de la table Olympics<\/span>\u201d, an event involving\u00a05 countries : France, Germany, Poland, Hungary and Spain. Each year a contest is organized in one these countries. This competition combines professional training and discovery of each country\u2019s cultural heritage.<\/p>\n<p>The next Arts de la table Olympics will take place in 2016 in Hungary, in Germany in 2017 and France in 2018. In 2018, the lyc\u00e9e Charles Cros will invite Estonian students interested in their training program. The school will provide food and accommodation to the Estonian students, who will only have to pay for their travel expenses.<\/p>\n<p>You would like\u00a0to apply for an internship in a French hotel-restaurant in the Aude region? Then simply contact <span style=\"color: #008ac9;\"><a style=\"color: #008ac9;\" href=\"mailto:professionnelle%3At.baisset@ly-cros.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">professionnelle:t.baisset@ly-<wbr \/>cros.org<\/a><\/span>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The internshi&#8217;s duration is 5 weeks (6 weeks maximum), in May-June or September-October.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008ac9;\">The internship application process for French students going to Estonia :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>French students must be over 18 years old.
