En outre, ceci entrave ou retarde l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de chercheurs de haut vol susceptibles d\u2019apporter des id\u00e9es et une \u00e9nergie nouvelle incitant les chercheurs les plus dou\u00e9s \u00e0 partir en d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re sous d\u2019autres cieux pour leur d\u00e9veloppement professionnel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Les subventions du Conseil Europ\u00e9en de la Recherche (ERC Consolidator Grants) en bref :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>subventions destin\u00e9es aux chercheurs de toute nationalit\u00e9 poss\u00e9dant entre\u00a07 et\u00a012 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience depuis l\u2019obtention de leur doctorat\u00a0avec un parcours scientifique tr\u00e8s prometteur,<\/li>\n<li>un excellent sujet de recherche<\/li>\n<li>Les recherches doivent \u00eatre men\u00e9es dans un institut de recherche public ou priv\u00e9 (appel\u00e9 \u00abinstitution d\u2019accueil\u00bb) situ\u00e9 dans un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/europa.eu\/about-eu\/countries\/index_en.htm\" target=\"_blank\">\u00c9tat membre<\/a>\u00a0de l\u2019UE ou un\u00a0<a href=\"ftp:\/\/ftp.cordis.europa.eu\/pub\/fp7\/docs\/third_country_agreements_en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">pays associ\u00e9<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Montant par subvention: jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2\u00a0million d\u2019euros (dans certains cas, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2,75\u00a0millions d\u2019euros)<\/li>\n<li>Dur\u00e9e: jusqu\u2019\u00e0 cinq ans<\/li>\n<li>Crit\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9valuation: excellence
