A cette question le festival de films de P\u00e4rnu essaie de r\u00e9pondre avec les documentaires s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s. Si on regarde vers le pass\u00e9 on voit bien que c&rsquo;est aussi la question principale qui traverse en ligne rouge tous les festivals et \u00e0 laquelle ils ont sans cesse cherch\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses.<br \/>\n<em><br \/>\n<\/em><strong>NB !
