L&rsquo;Institut fran\u00e7ais d&rsquo;Estonie vous accompagne dans l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration du dossier de candidature. Pour toute question et pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le dossier de candidature, merci de contacter notre attach\u00e9 de coop\u00e9ration scientifique et universitaire : <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">theodore.hervieux@ife.ee<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9ligibilit\u00e9 des candidatures<b> <\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Les soutiens devront imp\u00e9rativement concerner des manifestations se d\u00e9roulant en 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Les candidatures ayant b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&rsquo;un financement ACCES ou PARCECO en 2020 ne sont pas \u00e9ligibles.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00eatre \u00e9ligibles, les dossiers de candidature devront obligatoirement comporter une participation sous la forme d&rsquo;une communication orale ou affich\u00e9e d&rsquo;un jeune chercheur&nbsp;: doctorant, postdoctorant ou chercheur ayant soutenu sa th\u00e8se depuis 10 ans au maximum.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Crit\u00e8res d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des projets<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Int\u00e9r\u00eat scientifique de la rencontre.<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e9 des participants estoniens (ACCES) ou fran\u00e7ais (PARCECO) pour lesquels est demand\u00e9e l&rsquo;aide.<\/li>\n<li>Retomb\u00e9es pour les participants fran\u00e7ais (ACCESS) ou pour les participants estoniens ainsi que la communaut\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise (PARCECO).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>Suivi des projets<\/h3>\n<p>Les publications r\u00e9dig\u00e9es dans le cadre de ce projet devront porter mention du soutien accord\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, de la recherche et de l&rsquo;innovation (MESRI).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A la fin de la mission, le porteur fran\u00e7ais du projet devra fournir au MESRI un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de la communication ainsi qu&rsquo;un bilan de la mission (apport, perspectives). Les frais de mission seront rembours\u00e9s sur pr\u00e9sentation des justificatifs \u00e0 Campus France.<\/p>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>Financement<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour le programme ACCES, le budget demand\u00e9 au MESRI ne pourra pas exc\u00e9der 30% du budget global de la manifestation.<\/li>\n<li>Pour le programme PARCECO, le budget demand\u00e9 au MESRI ne pourra pas exc\u00e9der 50% pour la prise en charge des chercheurs fran\u00e7ais.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>Calendrier<b> <\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Les dossiers de candidature doivent \u00eatre envoy\u00e9s au MESRI <strong>avant le 31\/01\/2021 \u00e0 18h<\/strong>, sous la forme d&rsquo;un seul fichier .PDF \u00e0 <a class=\"mailto\" href=\"mailto:acces-parceco@recherche.gouv.fr\">acces-parceco@recherche.gouv.fr<\/a>, avec un nom de fichier de la forme&nbsp;: PARCECO-Nomduporteur.pdf<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats seront publi\u00e9s d\u00e9but mars 2021.<\/p>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>Informations<\/h3>\n<p>Les projets soumis \u00e0 cet appel d&rsquo;offres peuvent faire l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un examen au titre de la PPST (Protection du potentiel scientifique et technique et intelligence \u00e9conomique). <a
