The main mission of the French Institute in Estonia is to promote the French language and culture in Estonia. It fosters cooperation between the two countries in the areas of culture, language, and academic and scientific exchanges.

Are the Institute's facilities open to the public?

Yes, the media library and the reception desk are open Tuesday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.

How can I learn French in Estonia?

The Institute offers group classes, private lessons, and workshops—from level A1 to level C1—in Tallinn and online.
