Louis Pouzin will be giving lectures on Monday 20th of November in Tallinn, and in Tartu on Wednesday 22nd.
Louis Pouzin is a french computer scientist, considered as one of the Internet Pioneers due to the conception of the computer network CYCLADES and the invention of the datagram. His pioneering works have influenced other scientists in the development of the Internet, such as Vinton Cerf and Robert Kahne in the development of the TCP/IP protocols.
Mr Pouzin will be giving two open lectures “From First Networks to Future Internets” on Monday 20th at 16:00 in the Mektory (event closed), and on Wednesday 22nd at 16:00 in the University of Tartu.
