On 21 March 2016, over 1,000 chefs will celebrate France’s gastronomy and oenology on five continents. We invite restaurateurs from all kinds of eating establishments around the world to prepare a traditional French gourmet dinner. Guidance is given for the menu, but everyone is free to tailor their products and their own culinary influences to their customers, enabling participants to develop their creativity and celebrate French culture in a spirit of modernity and excellence.
Guests will have the chance to enjoy:
an apéritif
a starter
one or two dishes
one or more French cheeses
a dessert
a selection of French wines
The event is an opportunity for participants to benefit from worldwide publicity for their establishment, which will be promoted by all our partners, as well as Goût de France/Good France, Atout France, the French Embassy in Estonia and the media.
