IFprofs is a social network dedicated to French language teachers (or teaching a discipline in French) around the world. It provides them with content and teaching methods. Teachers in Estonia just joined that growing community that has already gathered thousands in over 50 countries.
IFprofs Estonia allows teachers to follow what is being done elsewhere in the world, and get in touch with other professionals.
Here are examples of the variety of content users can find on the platform: “How to teach pupils to tell a story with an audio recording” (written by a teacher in Finland), “Translation and interactions between cultures” (study of a teacher in Colombia), or “How to do a survey with a smartphone or a tablet” (suggested by a professor in Hungary).
Resources are shared with everyone and allow to highlight the work of every teacher.
A first assessment will be done by the French Institute after one year of use of the platform.
