The food of tomorrow is, more than ever, a major issue. While the world is facing various shortages and a continuous increase in population, new solutions must be imagined to feed the whole planet. What can these solutions be? Crossed views of French (Ms. Nathalie Bolduc) and Estonian (Prof. Petri-Jaan Lahtvee) researchers. Representatives of the Estonian and French ministries of agriculture will also be part of it.
